BarleyRide is a ride-hailing app, not a transportation operator. It provides an online platform that facilitates and regulates direct connections between drivers and passengers. We charge drivers a monthly subscription fee for using the app; the app is completely free for passengers. BarleyRide does not take any commission on fares; drivers are paying customers of our service, not partners or employees. Passengers are the direct customers of the drivers, and fares are paid directly to the driver by the passenger, either in cash or by credit card.
